University of Florida Behavioral Health Hubs
Through funding from the Department of Health, Division of Children’s Medical Services the University of Florida Department of Psychiatry, Division of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry has formed two Behavioral Health Hubs:
- The Gainesville Hub serves counties located within the North Central region of Florida.
- The Pensacola Hub serves Pensacola and the surrounding counties located within the Panhandle region of Florida.
We have developed collaborative and consultative services to improve access to mental health services for children and adolescents, ages 0-21 years, referred by primary care providers.
We are a part of a statewide Florida Pediatric Behavioral Health Collaborative network along with FIU, FSU, Nemours, UM and USF: Florida Pediatric Mental Health Collaborative (FPMHC)
